MEET JAY


I’m Jay Moch your coach, creator, and someone who’s been at rock bottom and fought my way back.


For years, I battled with body image, emotional eating, dysphoria, and self-hate. After my bottom surgery, I hit my heaviest weight ever. I was depressed, binge eating, and completely disconnected from myself. I’d try extreme diets, starve myself, then binge 20,000 calories in a day. I hated what I saw in the mirror, and I hated how I felt even more.


That breaking point became my turning point. I made a promise to myself to stop punishing my body and start respecting it. I built a plan — rooted in science, discipline, and self-respect — that helped me lose the weight, build muscle, and finally feel confident in my skin.


I turned that system into a coaching program that now helps people from all walks of life — cis, trans, beginners, advanced — to transform their bodies and their mindset.

  • How do I receive the program?

    The program is available through my website on the members only section after you have purchased. Go to the services page, choose a plan, make payment and enter all your personal details and I will start putting together your personalized program! 

  • Is this a subscription based program?

    Yes, maintenance is crucial for advancing in your fitness journey, which is why our programs are regularly updated with personalized workouts and meal plans based on your chosen program. You'll also receive ongoing support from me and my team. The best part is that you're not locked into a long-term commitment—you can cancel anytime.

  • Are the programs available world wide?

    Absolutely, my programs are available for purchase and access from anywhere in the world! It's essential to me that everyone, regardless of location, can benefit from this program.

  • Can I do the workout plan at home?

    We can customize the plan for you to complete at home if you prefer! All you'll need is a set of weights or dumbbells. Just select the "home only" option on the setup form.

  • How can I adjust my dislikes list?

    To adjust your dislikes list, go to your profile tab in the members area. Select ‘dietary preferences,’ then click on the ‘ingredients I dislike’ tab. From there, you can add or remove ingredients from your dislikes list.

  • How do I cancel?

    To cancel your subscription you must email me with at least 7 days notice so that you are not charged again. Please note that once you cancel your account, all plans and support will be removed from your account.

  • Is the program the same every month?

    No, each month offers something new. This includes increasing the weights you lift, introducing new exercise variations, and adjusting your diet as your body evolves. It’s important to continually challenge your body to ensure progress.

  • Is this beginner friendly?

    Yes, the program is beginner-friendly. Workouts are customized to fit your goals and experience level. If you're new to the gym, you'll receive a personalized program designed just for you. You can start with weights that match your fitness level and gradually increase as you progress.

  • How do I swap workouts?

    To swap workouts, click on the exercise you want to replace. On the right side of the screen you will see a ‘swap’ icon. Click on this and follow the instructions on the pop-up window.

  • How do I swap meals?

    To swap out meals, click on the meal you want to replace. You’ll see a ‘swap’ option on the tab; select it and follow the instructions on the pop-up window.
